FYI: Amazon’s site will show you the new product price by default on the product page. To find the Warehouse price, scroll under the price and click on the “New & Used” tab, which is under the “Add to Cart” button. The prices we’ve listed here are for pre-owned products that are sold and shipped by Amazon.com, which ensures the products meet Amazon’s quality assurance for pre-owned items (more info about this below).

How Does Amazon Warehouse Work?
When Amazon receives returns to its warehouse, the items go through a 20-point quality grading process. Amazon then lists them for resale with labels based on the item’s quality. That label system goes:
- Renewed: Amazon’s version of refurbished. All renewed products have been inspected and tested by the retailer to make sure they work and look as good as new. Each tool should have minimal to no signs of wear and comes with the Amazon Renewed Guarantee, which gives you 90 days to request a replacement or refund.
- Used – Like New: The item is in perfect working condition, though the packaging may have minor damage.
- Used – Very Good: The item has seen limited use and remains in great working condition. The packaging may be damaged or the tool may come repackaged.
- Used – Good: The item shows wear, but remains in good working condition. The packaging may be damaged or the tool may come repackaged.
- Used – Acceptable: The item is fairly worn, but continues to function properly. The packaging may be damaged or the tool may come repackaged.
Pre-owned items listed as shipped and sold by Amazon are backed by the 90-day Amazon Renewed Guarantee, meaning you have 90 days to get a replacement product or refund if your purchase does not work properly. But, that shouldn’t be much of a concern, since products listed as sold and shipped by Amazon have been professionally inspected, tested, and cleaned by Amazon and given one of the above grades.
How Do I Access Amazon Warehouse Deals?
When you click the gray drop-down to the left of Amazon’s search bar, you’ll find “Amazon Warehouse.” From there, you can search for the kind of product or brand you’re looking for and see if it’s available in the warehouse. You can also access the Amazon Warehouse homepage and shop by category instead of by product or brand if you’re not searching for something specific.
If you’re shopping on the Amazon app, you can simply type “Amazon Warehouse” into the search bar, hit enter, and it will bring you to the warehouse homepage.
